Profiles are stored into Hexanexus and are updated when fetched from H:SR. You can search for a profile by nickname only if it is already stored in Hexanexus.
Hexanexus tracks H:SR data that is only accessible through the Trailblazer Profile and Character Showcase. If you want to store numerous characters and relics, you will have to swap through them in-game.
Changes are not reflected immediately. Please allow for a few minutes for API data to be updated.
